Our state-of-the-art soldering and desoldering equipment is vacuum-driven, and we have a full 'hot air' rework setup to handle various models, including the Variax 300, Variax 500, and Variax 700. Contact me for a list of custom upgrades I have developed over several years of repairing Line 6 Variax guitars, including the Variax 300, Variax 500, and Variax 700 models. I source parts for repair work, and I've located sources for most of the components I typically need to replace, such as potentiometers, switches, and piezos. Some of these parts are OEM, including those from Line 6 for Variax models like the Variax 300, Variax 500, and Variax 700, while others are after-market. Occasionally, I sell parts, but I can usually provide a source for any component you might need.

I make and sell replacement Printed Circuit Boards for the V300 Bridge (Hard-Tail) and the Vibrato Bridge on the Variax 500 and Variax 700 "Tremolo" models. These PCBs are an upgrade because they incorporate "Ground" points for each individual piezo element. This is especially important when upgrading to Graph Tech.
